You have logged into cPanel, scrolled down to Software and then when clicking or the RvSitebuilder Icon all it get is a blank page!
What to do?
From cPanel select File Manager, look for the rvsitebuilder folder. Open this folder and there are 2 folders of concern, "cache" and "temp". Delete all the contents of both folders. This usually corrects the missing sitebuilder. If not, send me a support ticket and I'll investigate further.
