We've had numerous server updates which may create this 404 page issue. One of these is ModSecurity.
TO CORRECT:... Log into your cPanel> Security Section>ModSecurity. then turn status from ON to OFF(on right side of page) log out of your website, close the tab and re-login. Changes will work as before.
